Interview
1. 30 min call - very casual 2. Online testing - mix of math, behavioral questions, and a short multiple choice programming section 3. Interview - short behavioral interview (just trust your gut), followed by talk with an HR member 4. Programming Assessment - similar to easy leetcode questions maybe, I enjoyed them. I don't think it affects hiring since I got an offer the day after submitting In some cases, I think they have an idea of whether they want to hire you or not before the interview

Interview
The interview process was very smooth to start with. You will first do a phone interview which is just getting to know the company and telling them about yourself. The second part included a coding test that was really weird because the job description doesn't require coding experience.

Interview
It is a great interview process. Although there are three stages they give you a chance to showcase different skills that may not be directly related to the role but give you a chance to get the job even if you don’t have the exact qualifications. They look for intelligence in the interviews and the ability to learn because they put a lot of effort into training so as long as you can adapt and learn quickly and showcase that in the interviews you should be good.
