I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
I had setup an interview date online and got ghosted the first time. After nobody calling me the first time I felt skeptical for the second time. I did hear there are multiple interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Phone Call session with an employee, asked simple questions such as "why are you interested", "why do you think you're fit for this role", "What are your interests" "Why Epic?"
15-30 minute screening call with someone in the position, a logic-based assessment, a programming assessment, a 3 hour final interview (info session, overview of the position, case interview, HR interview)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic in Apr 2022
Interview
You fill out a personality assessment that gets progressively harder to answer (just be honest and it will be easier) as they try to gauge which responses are most like you. Towards the end none of the responses will sound appealing but they aren't looking for appealing so much as they want you to be consistent. There is also a very laid back phone interview and a skills assessment/exam that was a lot easier than I had heard it described online before I actually took it.

Question 1
Most of the phone interview wasn't really anything to write home about but for the exam there is a reading comprehension section, a logic section, a math section, and a coding section. You are given 4 hours to complete them all. I am a slow test taker and it did not take me the full hours, it took me less than 3. The coding portion was relatively easy, just know about strings and be prepared to learn about a new made up language. On the exam I took, there were no leetcode questions.
