I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Jan 2022
Interview
Same as others have described. Phone screen -> exam -> final round -> offer decision.
They reached out to me through Handshake and offered the phone screen. Just received my "no offer" email and they tried to convert my application to project manager again.
They're probably partly interviewing so many people to get data for their exam's accuracy.
Long interview process but very informative and a lot of effort put into it. They went above and beyond. Long assessments but they weren’t too bad. I would recommend to a friend if they were very interested.
