Quick and easy informational phone interview, difficult proctored technical assessment involving coding and language ability, easy on-site interview with a combination of informational sessions and potentially another assessment. If you make it on-site you have a very good chance.

Question 1
How did you hear about Epic / What made you apply?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Apr 2018
Interview
First round was a standard phone interview, nothing unexpected. Second round involved a coding challenge and a sort of personality test. Final round was on campus and involved multiple rounds, including meeting with current employees, hiring managers, and more, plus a tour and a coding section. The campus is really cool, and the people are friendly. But for a role that they said you didn't need much coding background for, the coding portion was pretty difficult. Nothing else was too unexpected though.
Went through multiple phone call interviews and online assessments before being asked for an on-site interview. They got back to me within a month of my on-site interview with an offer.
