I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2020
Interview
Epic reached out to me through college recruiting in an email. I first did a phone interview, which then sent me through the skills assessment. Afterwards, I was notified of the final interview and then sent another coding assessment to complete beforehand. Final interview process was very relaxed, received full time offer 8 days after interview. Full process took a bit more than a month.

Interview process consists of a phone screening, online assessment, coding test, and final interview. Online assessment requires some basic math and logic knowledge. Coding test has approx. four questions -- no programming experience is required for this role, and you can use pseudocode/comments. Final interview is usually onsite but is currently virtual due to the pandemic, and included a behavioral and case section.
