Interview
Apply online through their website. They require fairly minimal information at this stage. Simple phone interview, fairly rigorous timed assessments & personality assessment. Invited to an on-site interview, which takes most of a day. Part recruiting trip, but with two more interviews folded in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
On site, they take you through a case study that imagines a fairly busy day at the office and they ask you a number of questions about how you would deal with it, including the typical behavioral questions that ask you to call on your past experiences.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Apr 2020
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I applied and within a day was invited to a phone interview. The phone interview told me about the company and asked a few questions about how I would fit into the company. I then took a few skill assessments. They evaluated my application profile and invited me to a final interview that would normally take place onsite. However, coronavirus prevented my onsite appearance and the interview and final skill assessments took place online. I was given a behavioral skills test during the final interview and given a demo of the software.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
Not worth your time. Very long and cumbersome process. Comparatively less pay. There were 5 rounds of interviews (including initial phone screen with an TS Engineer already working there, a personality assessment, logic and reasoning based learning assessment, coding assessment, Q&A with others in TS team, case study, and final interview with recruiter).
