Extensive online quantitative, personality, and coding tests, took about 4 hours total. Then an interview day, which is about another 4 hours. You get to talk to current employees, but I declined the offer because of work life balance concerns.

I was reached out to by a recruiter on Handshake, and I was invited to attend a role introduction call on zoom. I also completed a technical assessment measuring my logical reasoning and programming skills.
