I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2024
Interview
Straightforward, and quick. It began with a few online quizzes, 1 hour information session, followed by a 4 part, 3 hour long interview. Those 4 parts consisted of 2 additional information sessions, 1 case question interview, and 1 behavioral interview. Everyone was friendly and excited to answer any questions.

Question 1
How would you manage / prioritize 3 different urgent client requests on the same day?
There were two online assessments, each lasting about four hours. There was also an Information session about the role and a day of four-hour interviews. The interview portion was very easy in my opinion and the rest was just asking questions.

Question 1
How would you handle this situation in a day to day basis
Only did the initial 30 min informational session over Zoom and the 4 hour OA.
Informational session is lowkey, camera off, no talking required. The OA had 4 parts, mainly just to determine how you think - 2 math, coding, and some sort of trick (consulting-like) questions.
