First you do assessments. Mainly general intelligence and then some coding questions (you can write pseudo code). Then 3 hour info+interview session with some case studies. The case study is mainly behavioral...managing multiple tasks at once and how to prioritize them.

After taking 2 skills assessments and a phone screening, there will be a final interview seminar. A majority of the session included info sessions about the company, products, and job. The hardest part was the case study, which they asked questions about how you would handle a situation where there are 3 client deadlines approaching. They ask a bunch of questions about the scenarios as well, like how would you tell them that the development is going to take longer than expected.
