Interview
The interview process was very conversational and informative. The first round was mostly a discussion about my interests and a detailed description of the position and daily life at the company. It was very casual!
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2021
Interview
First there was a short phone call from someone in the role where you were applying asking you some basic questions. That was followed by a skills assessment. After that you would have a super day with several interviews, both technical and behavioral.
