Epic Technical Support Engineer interview questions

In the phone interview, I was asked about my general background, what I studied and what relevant projects I had been involved. It was about 30 mins interview where the interviewer also told me about several positions.

Phone screening, then some tests and a second phone interview. After that they bring you to the campus, which honestly is worth the visit---I'd been there before because I live in Madison, but getting a tour and to eat in the cafeteria were cool. More tests and interviews with people in the role you're applying for as well as HR.
