Interview
I applied online. After a day or two they sent me a link to take a personality test. A few days after that they emailed me to schedule a phone interview. I also had to take a writing test online before the interview. Another technical writer interviewed me. They confirmed much of the same information on the application -- where I went to school, GPA, SAT scores, etc. They wanted to know why I wanted the job and other basic information. I had the chance to ask questions as well. The interview lasted about twenty minutes.

Interview
Expect a full (but also fun!) day when you're invited to visit the campus. Whirlwind tours and of the facilities by people from all different departments, demo of their software products. Testing was thorough and timed: not just writing (all types) but tests of math, logic, etc. The one-on-one interview asked a lot about your leadership style, approach to working on a team.

Interview
Applied online, then took a basic skills test (math/logic questions) a few days later. A recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview that basically was to confirm that you're a real person. I was then invited to an all-day interview which was full of assessments covering writing, math and computer programming. The campus was beautiful, but it seemed that Epic has a high turnover rate based on the amount of candidates coming in each day.
