Interview
The initial phone “interview” consisted of a conversation with a current employee. The purpose was to share a better description of the job and to answer your questions before you take the tests. It was nonevaluative.

I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in May 2022
Interview
The interview process required normal application first. Then a work style assessment, a 4 hour window for an exam testing math and reasoning skills, and a phone interview. The interviewer to me seemed a bit clumsy and inexperienced despite working for the company for years. The questions were generic related to the position, but I didn't feel like really that insightful. I also felt burnt out by the exam process PRE interview. Why waste peoples' time like that. Also it just feels invasive to be tested with camera and microphone on before I've even talked to a human. I didn't understand why this process was like this.
