I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ericsson in Apr 2022
Interview
A recruiter screen, followed by a team intro meeting where some statistical and ML questions were thrown in. After that a technical round with an engineer asking questions about your resume and expanding from there. Finally a brief EDA take home exercise. The company let me wait 2 weeks before sending the rejection without providing useful feedback. Was a frustrating experience given time I’ve put in. Could’ve at least explained why I was rejected, but they probably had other candidates in the pipeline and didn’t need my application in the 1st place. Terrible waste of time
