I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, ) in Nov 2021
Interview
I had an initial phone screening, and the next round was supposed to be a technical round. The person who took the second round only asked about my previous work and asked no questions apart from those. The third round was with a senior engineer. Here comes the most fun part, he was supposed to understand candidates and need to know what we know. but instead, he assumed when I mentioned a project I did by saying 'Oh that's all available online' But to the fact I had developed a model from the core with added features and I have developed a separate model with lots of verification techniques which is quite new in the image processing field. He had no patience at all to listen at least what I know instead he assumed and tried to insult the knowledge of the candidates. Not professional behavior I would say and He is from different background and was seeking the textbook definition answers. I was expecting much for the sake of the name Ericsson by the least. As far as I know, this is my worst experience. After this person, I never reached them back and would have declined even If they have reached, but fortunately with the Naive judgemental personality I didn't get the opportunity to give them the feedback too. Please Use the right people with a better mindset Ericsson!!
Don't waste your time for the branch at Sweden, Ericsson-Worldwide. These are the worst People to interview any potential candidates. I read similar reviews before the interview but was optimistic thinking it might be improved/different for me. But no people! It was a total waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Ericsson (Bengaluru) in Oct 2021
Interview
Three techanical rounds but and gesture of showing they are ready to recruit but nothing comes up from the team
It's a humble request if you don't wanna atleast inform interviewee so he'll not have any hopes with the organization nonetheless it's a good interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ericsson (Stockholm, ) in May 2021
Interview
Applied through an employee referral. The interview included two steps. First with the hiring manager and then with the hiring manager and two senior employees. This was one of my worst interview experiences. The first interview was you expect: going over your resume and know more about the position. There were only 4 candidates for the position (they told me!). Since they liked my profile and said you are a match, they proposed to proceed to the second interview, in just 4 days. Two days before the second interview I wanted to check the job description again to make sure I prepare well. Surprisingly, I saw this message: This position has been already filled. I stayed positive and spent two more days to well prepare for the interview. The second interview was just less than 45mins including me introducing myself and background one more time, and then two very easy open questions that I answered very well (in fact they told me they enjoyed my thoughts and analyses very much). After two days, they told me they will proceed with other candidates as they have a stronger background! I wondered how they could assess my background when there are only two very easy questions. I asked my friend who was my referral: Unfortunately, most positions in Ericsson are just out there because there's already someone for it internally, or externally with a very strong recommendation, and all the interview processes are just a show for the paperwork! So, friends! do not waste your time unless you're told you WILL get this position!
