The irony of writing this review is not lost on me, Talent Acquisition transformation is something that is desperately needed by this company! There is little to no thought given to candidate experience, having met/interviewed with 3 people to then receive zero feedback or updates despite asking for it is shocking . A stock rejection email would be better than radio silence for 3 weeks following an interview. Good luck to whoever joins this shambles of an organisation.

3 stages, very long drawn out, & includes a pointless codility coding test(imo) as the real skills you need are experience of deep troubleshooting and be a team player. A lot of different people to meet & time consuming for an average job.
