Ericsson interview questions

I recently went through 2 interviews for a position in Paris. The HR department is completely disorganised. I received a rejection email after the first interview even though they had already scheduled the second interview. They said it was a misunderstanding. Even the recruiter was not warm or welcoming. She was rude and judgemental. The second interview was supposed to be with two People business partners. The second one did not even care to show up and the one that showed up was 15 minutes late. Then, they completely ignored me for a month. Overall, it was a negative experience for me. Complete waste of time. Please learn how to respect the time of candidates.
