The project manager and the supervisor would first introduce you the project. Then they would ask you related experience. No technical details will be asked. You can always ask questions regarding the project.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe one most interesting project you have done.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ericsson (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online, got called by HR and was asked to come in for an interview. Interview was online via Skype (they probably use Teams instead now). Only one interview with the team + a short phone screening by HR. Got an offer the next day. Whole process took about a week maybe less, most of which was between the time I applied and the interview.
Questions were mostly typical interview questions about your personality, what are your weaknesses, how would others describe you etc. Technical part of the interview was very basic since it's a co-op job. They had a list of questions on a board and asked me to pick two and answer them. If you're wondering about the level of complexity of the questions, for a Java position it was stuff like, what's the difference between an array, a map, and a hash map, and when would you use one over the other.
I applied online. I interviewed at Ericsson in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied online, the process was cool and smooth, followed by a wonderful session of technical interview also online and group assessment, also online. Because of the Covid-19, all process was done online via Teams
