Interview
Interviewed for GAIA India. As some one else pointed in the reviews section, PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WASTE TIME . I felt the hiring team and HR could have been more professional. After around 6 rounds of interviews spanning over 2 months they didnt even show basic courtesy to inform the candidate about final decision (even after reminder emails).
Bad bad experience and a complete wastage of time. In between the interviews also they would completely ghost out.
Interviews were mostly repetitive in nature.

Interview
The interview process consists of 3 rounds first is the aptitude round, the second is technical round and the last is the HR round. The first round has basic aptitude questions on maths and English. In the second round, the interviewer asked some basic programming concepts like reverse string, searching (linear and binary), bubble sorting, some networking concepts are also asked about the TCP/IP model.
In the final round, it was just to ask if we are able to relocate or not
