Ericsson interview questions

There were 3 Rounds of interview on same day and they were well Organized. They announced that I got through all the rounds on the same day and Collected the Documents for BGV after couple of days(Didn't even get an acknowledgement mail on receiving the documents). And After a Month, I received a mail asking me to call them back in a number. They ended up saying that they cannot recruit people who are currently employed with Other leading Telecom Service provider, for they have an agreement between them. Said that, I am trying to understand how at first place they evaluated the profile of the candidate and allowed the candidate to attend all levels of interview. Didn't really expect this kind of a reply from a renowned organisation like this. I wish the company maintains a checklist of the eligibility criteria and call candidates for interview based on that rather than messing up things poorly at last.

the Interview process consisted of three rounds which are as follows: the first round was an Online Test by cocubes.com followed by the second round which was a Technical Interview and then lastly an HR Interview and the interviewing process was good and friendly. The whole process took 2 days and they announced the result within 2 days. They were gentle in their proceedings.
