We had to pass through various steps First a personal interview with a recruiter from the university Then a simple algorithm and telecomunication exam Then we had to do another exam about software devlopment (design patterns, principles, etc.) Finally we did a group interview, to test the english level and the teamwork

4 Rounds of Interview, 1 - Telephonic First round, 2 - Onsite Manager via call , 3 - Manager round, 4 - HR Round. 3 and 4 were for formality. I was specialized in a tool to order management. so interview was relatively easy, since interviewers were relatively new to the technology.

it was easy ..they asked technical questions at first and then hr questions .Mainly they asked about computer networks and any certification in that was a plus .they asked about college life and about reloacation .they also talked about future opportunities to work with their company.
