Ericsson interview questions

3 rounds of interviews one Technical, one HR and one with hiring manager. The process was quite smooth and swift and it was an overall pleasant experience, very professionally conducted first with phone interviews, then face to face interview at one of their office location

Very straight forward and easy going. Interview was the result of networking within the business so I would consider it an informal one. This is a classic example of how important it is to got to know people in the work place. No challenging questions about past or current work and I basically defined my job description for the new role.
