Question 1
No interview process just tell you about the company and do a drug test, take your picture and select your schedule.it's all a step by step process I waited like a whole month before I got a call back for the start date
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ericsson (Ottawa, ON) in Sep 2013
Interview
Interviewed with 3-4 people at once. I was mostly asked soft skill questions. The interviewers (team leads), as I later learned, didn't have much technical knowledge. One of the interviewers was very poorly dressed (t-shirt with holes in it).
Afterwards, I had to wait weeks for the background check to complete. It was extremely slow, with them using a third-party service that took three weeks to just call my university and confirm my degree.

Question 1
Do you have experience working in a large company?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson
Interview
Applied through one of their internal tools, was contacted in a few weeks for an initial interview with 2 of their managers, after which we scheduled a technical interview with two of their developers. The overall attitude was a friendly and professional one but the work wasn't really in line with my specialization. They sent me a rejection email a few days later which I realy appreciated.
