Ericsson interview questions

The process took 3 weeks.1.phone Interview 2. Face to face and after that decision. Face to face interview it was with manager and he asked me some technical questions for example describe mobile network arhitecture begining with the 2G nd then it was a group interview , he wanted to see how could i work in team

The interview was conducted by one specialist and one manager in the team where the role will be allocated in. The interview is rather unstructured maybe because the role is quite urgent. The interviewers were friendly and very professional. They cared a lot about your personality, working style and dedication to the work than the knowledge and experience of yours. The decision making was very fast. After roughly one week I got called and told that I got the offer. In general it was a very pleasant experience.
