Ericsson interview questions

Did not send my CV to anyone, HR found my profile on the internet and got in contact with me. The interview was not only for me but for the whole "wave" of new grads willing to join this program. They emphasize mostly on English skills. They really will not care if your technical skills are good (if you have good IT skills it is a plus but once in it will likely not help you to grow).

They asked pretty basic questions about IT and programming skills. They also asked your motivation to get into the company, e.g. why you want to get into the company. Your preferred location is asked as well.
