Ericsson interview questions

Straight forward related to skills and experience with some behavioural questions. The main focus was on seeing if there was a match between previous experience and the job requirements. The goal is to ensure you have experience being client facing and comfortable growing your book.

It was a 3 stage interview where they would first interview session with HR representative asking typical behavioral question such as tell me about yourself and what do you see yourself in 5 years, 2nd round project stage where a topic is given to you to prepare on spot with a group of people and the last stage would be an interview with HR representative and the potential Line manager
