Expedia Group interview questions

So after I submitted the application, Expedia provide me with an online interview link. There was a written essay of about 2000 characters and 4 behavioral questions. You get 2 chances to record each answer.

Recruiter reached out a month and a half ago. Scheduled a phone screen, and rescheduled it a day before. On the day of the call, the recruiter joins 8 minutes late, and can be heard driving in the background. Asked my most recent experience and immediately went on to say that I did not meet the experience requirements according to the job description, which very clearly stated that 1-2 years in an agile environment were the requirements, not 1-2 years as an Agile Coach. Ended the call after 7 minutes. Confused as to why my experience was enough for them to reach out a month and a half ago, but not now. Very unprofessional look for the company's hiring process.
