Lengthy interview process.
1st call was a screening with a recruiter.
2nd call was a technical screen. More situational and analytical questions.
3rd interview was face to face.
4th interview was with the Director.
5th call was more questions about why you want the job and etc.
Although a lengthy process, they did a great job keeping you up to date as to where you were in the process and etc.

They got in touch with me after they checking my profile on LinkedIn, the recruiter was really helpful and thanks to him I had an initial good understanding of the role.
The I passed through two more interviews with my line manager and the VP of my department.

Interview
Interview process was mostly straight to the point. There were 4 rounds in total.
First telephonic round with the HR recruiter was just about a brief introduction.
Second round was face to face in the office with one of the senior team member mostly related to technical and troubleshooting questions.
Third round was with the manager (face to face) which included a mix of technical and personality related questions.
Fourth round with the Team Director located in Hong Kong which mostly revolved around demonstrating examples related to work in previous company. It was on Skype.
Fifth round with the India Site Director (IT) which was just for 5-10 minutes asking questions related to background and work aspirations.
