I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Bellevue, WA) in Jun 2011
Interview
Long, boring, back and forward for like 3 months before the offer was presented to me. The recruiter was on and off the process during the 3 months. Asked some coding questions. Not super hard ones. White boarding. Went over resumes. Asked a lot details of my previous projects. First presented some really low-ball offers. Every single email between me and recruiter seemed taking over a week to respond. Lucky I wasn't in a hurry to get a job at that time.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Bellevue, WA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Staffing agency contacted me,Phone screen with hiring Manager, 1-1 in Bellevue with multiple team members. their interview process is very straight forward and if you have the skills you will probably be in the short list to interview with the team

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group
Interview
Was told I got through to the second round of interviews, didn't get back to me for two weeks and said the jobs were closed but there were openings in some cities and they would get back to me. They never got back to me. Prepare for the interviews, they are pretty difficult and you need to know a lot about hospitality industry info. Be convincing. The interviewers were all friendly but they're awful getting back to you in time

Question 1
A lot of situational questions. "If you were to try to convince a hotel to partner with us that didn't want to, how would you convince them"
