Informal process, management was friendly, asked about interests, career goals and described position to see if it would be a good fit for me, asked about my previous work experience

Interview
The interview started about 30 minutes after my scheduled time. The beginning of the wait was just doing nothing then filling out some paperwork. The lady who interviewed me was friendly and nice to talk to though. She asked questions about my previous work and skills. Then there's an easy four part online assessment: typing wpm, 10-key, Microsoft word, and excel. After that the interviewer went over my test results and had me fill out their employment paperwork, went over their procedures and asked if I had any questions. When it was over we shook hands and said goodbye, and that she'd get in touch with me next week. Haven't heard from them again since.

Interview
More casual than I was expecting. Walked into the office, filled out paperwork, took some basic tests for typing and math, verbal interview and they say they'll contact you soon with a placement.
