Express Employment Professionals Administrative Assistant interview questions

I called Express Pros and after submitting online application. I was called in for an initial interview. They went through the typical resume review and then will match you to the right company. I was then called a few days later and was asked to go into a company directly for an interview. Unfortunately the job was given to another individual.

I applied on-line and received a phone call a few days later to meet for a face-to-face interview. They seemed very pleasant on the phone. When I arrived for the interview, I was greeted by their receptionist and given an a paper application to fill out. When it was time for the person sitting next to me to be interviewed, I observed the door to the office was wide open and you can clearly hear every word and tone of voice of each person. Why would you not close the door?? The interviewer could really use some common sense.
