Express Employment Professionals interview questions

Waste of my time. I got a call to the day after I applied. When they called to schedule the interview they asked me to bring two forms of ID, which is weird since I was only going to an interview. I have never been asked for ID at an interview before (I did not provide ID once I got there). They make you fill out an application before you even get to sit down with a recruiter. They also wanted my social security number which I refused to give since it was just an interview not a job offer. After almost an hour of waiting the recruiter tells me right away that I am not qualified for the job. Why ask me to come in if you don't think I'm qualified? They only want people to come in so they can fill up they data base with candidates.

They ask about your background and what you're looking in terms of hours, pay, location, and etc. They look at your resume and try to find a job that aligns with your experience. Afterwards, they make you do a drug and aptitude test. Then you will have to call the following Monday whether there are any positions available.
