I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Easton, PA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied via Linkedin and about three days later got a phone call which was a brief phone interview. She said I answered the questions well and offered me to come in for a face to face interview and I accepted.
The questions were about past experience and why I thought I wanted to make a career change. Would ask the same question but different ways. Probed my sales abilities and that I am able to reach goals. Many rapid fire probing questions.
The interviewer also stressed the amount of burn out among employees and wanted someone who was going to stick around, which I totally understand and answered appropriately.
At the end of the interview, she told me to send three references and that she would get back to me either the following Monday or Tuesday to schedule a second interview. I promptly sent the references and thank you e-mail following the interview.
She did not get back to me until the following Friday to let me know she was not looking to hire anyone at the moment. Extremely late and unprofessional follow up and shows that she does not value applicants time when it comes to searching for a job. Be sure you want to hire before having people come in for interviews because it takes up time and money to come in.

Asked a few questions over the phone. Called in for an interview sometime that same week. Was told she would follow up, did not hear anything for two weeks. Was told she changed her mind and would not be hiring for another month or so. Very inconvenient.

They amp you up for this job, tell you that the position is yours. Do not pay you to shadow the entire 8 hour day. Then do not communicate with you for 4 months, but tell you that the job is basically yours when they finally do contact you back (after you've almost given up and moved on).
