Background, Action, Result type interview questions. Situational questions mostly. Recently has been changed to fewer questions. Used to be around 10 questions has been reduced to 3. Operations Manager and Sort Manager have same questions.

Based on the B.A.R format….Behavior, Action, Result. Practice before you have an interview. It’s usually seven questions. Have some scenarios already lined up. Come prepared and think in between the lines

7 to 8 bar format questions , with one open ended question. Two people from corporate wrote down my responses. The interview lasts about 25 minutes. Overall it was a good experience.

Applied online which was simple and straight forward. Then was notified of a phone interview. Interveiw lasted about 30 min all in the BAR format. got back to me within the week and offered the job
