I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FedEx in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview for a maintenance tech consists of 2-3 Background Action Result style questions and an overview of your resume. The interviewer asked for specific instances rather than generalities with the Background Action Result questions.
