The process took 2 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Des Moines, IA) in May 2010
Interview
Initial interview was a personal tour of the facility during the AM sort (normally, it's a group tour, but someone messed up the calendar when it came to mine, and gave me the wrong info). Sat down afterwards with the hiring manager and the following day with the AM sort supervisor. To a certain degree, they're mainly looking for bodies. However, that said, they're also looking for dependability and people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Show them that you're dependable and that you're not scared to sweat a little, and you'll probably be fine. Be courteous and be nice.

Interview
interview was taken by manager and was very informal.just asked me about my previous work and my list of questions which were already there with him . i guess those questions were fedex common questions he was impressed by me and told me to take an IQ and personality test. i did well in that as well. but the problem is he took 2 rounds of interviews without getting his head count approved. later after 45 to 50 days i mailed him asking him the result .he said he is getting his head count approved.seriously i just graduated from NUS and prior to that worked at accenture. i was jobless and the wait was killing me.anyways till today i didnt get any response.
