Interview
Phone interview with mostly behavioral questions and a couple of quantitative questions, followed by on-site interview - very similar to phone interview - lots of behavioral questions and a couple of business strategy and/or quantitative questions. Panel interview is done by three managers followed-by 1:1 interviews with professionals. Good opportunity to interact with future co-workers and understand how good a fit the job is with your goals.

Well pretty much it went down the line of applying online then going in person with ten years worth of history of your life. That means proving your residence, your past work, and education. And you need to account for every month. So if you did nothing in the month of january then you put down you did nothing.

Interview
There was a series of questions and answers. I had pretty much gotten the job based on the fact I was already a contract employee of the company. There weren't to many technical question. Most questions where asked from a list to ensure that all people got asked the same questions.
