Interview
I would say my experience with Fidelity Canada has been one of the most positive experience I've had in a while for recruitment. The HR representative was absolutely helpful during the entire interview process. He always ensured to provide a deadline after every round of interview for results and always reached out before time. He was proactive in setting up different interview rounds and made me feel really comfortable during the entire recruitment process. The interviewers were also very composed and asked only relevant questions to the role.
There were total of 4 rounds for the interview process:
1. HR Round- A quick phone interview (15mins) with details about the job and salary discussion.
2. Panel Interview- A techno-behavioral interview (50-60mins) with two members of the team involving questions such as your experience, and a walkthrough of your resume.
3. Hiring Manager Interview- A behavioral interview (30mins) with the hiring manager for the role. The discussion will be more around judging your team word and problem solving capabilities. For my interview, it was more of like a conversation rather than an interview.
4. Case Study- A sample case study will be provided few days before the interview. The expectation is to present your analysis of the case study to a panel of interviews, followed by few simple questions around your approach to the case study.
