I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. Also, the interviewer asked about 3-5 questions about situations from past work experiences that shows how I would best fit this role. They used the STAR method for the questions they asked me, however, I was not given the role due to not being specific enough regarding my responses. I would highly suggest researching how to respond to interview questions using the STAR method, and be as specific, clear, and descriptive as possible or they will not offer you the position.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Phone screen and virtual interview. My offer was rescinded 2 business days before my expected start date because of a discrepancy in my background check. I was transparent and provided all necessary documentation. I had already moved and was forced to breach my contract putting me negative 5k. I have worked for other financial institutions and have never had issues with a background check. Good company, but poor experience.
