I participated in two interviews: a 30 minute phone interview and a 45 min virtually held zoom interview. Both interviewers were kind and professional. The first interview consisted of basic logistic questions like, why fidelity, why finance and where do you see yourself in the next five years ? The zoom interview felt like I was having a conversation with a friend about my experience and consisted mostly of behavioral questions. Have a mental tool box filled with examples of times you were an outstanding employee and be yourself.

there are 2 different interviews, be knowledgeable about STAR method, after first interview you are given pointers so you can do well on the Zoom interview. It is behavior or situationally driven. So one question may be tell us a time when you received constructive criticism and how did you respond, or describe how you showed leadership qualities.

The interview process was great I was told that I was more than qualified and then I got an email saying they decided not to move forward. No explanation, nothing.
