Foundever Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I was asked the usual questions, my interviewer was very competent and seemed interested in my answers. He made an effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. All in all, good experience.

It was a fairly easy interview. I honestly enjoyed the interview. They didn't give me a hard time. It was an increase in pay. We submitted information on the internet first. We took a typing test. It wasn't hard. I love my co workers the most.
