I applied online and was contacted for an interview. I was seen within 15 minutes of my interview time. It lasted about 30 minutes. Typical questions were asked. I think they were mainly trying to see how I spoke since this was for a contact center in which I would be on the phones. If you don't sound illiterate you will probably get the job.

They took around 6 hrs I attended first round after 2 HR of waiting then the second round is v and a then third round is written finally Ops round... The final round happen with an HR manager he asked about my sal expecting and work experience then he offer very less salary and its very below of my last take home and he said he will put me on L1 agent however already I worked as a L2..

Interview
An initial interview with the Site Director, followed by an onsite visit. You are allowed to have the run of the Call Center and speak to whoever you like. You are left alone , and nobody watches. You are then asked to create a presentation of the things you would change if in charge. This is done with a short time frame, and a lot of pressure on you. You then present to a group of people who decide your fate as a group.
