Applied online. Did the computer requirement testing and then scheduled the phone interview. They called and were very friendly and asked very typical questions. Very positive experience. They explained the campaign and the training schedules along with the attendance policy and the benefits offered to full time employees. Also they were very helpful answering questions that I had about the job.

Interview
The interview was easy. The recruiter was very friendly. I was told about the pay. She asked about my availability. She told me to be looking for an email to do my background check and drug test. The background check didn't take but a couple of days to come back.

Interview
I was in the company and the manager reviewed my qualifications and made sure I knew what they had so that I could do the job. They needed a person who could do the work and take over when the manager left or was promoted. I applied and I found out later that there was some controversy with the previous employee and it took a long time to get the interview. It was a corporate environment.
