The interview process took a couple of days. -One week after I submitted my resume, I was contacted by a Sitel recruiter who explained the job offer thoroughly and told me they would send me some assessements to complete online. -One of the tests required to answers 4 emails as you were the CSR, then a profile assessement which included some logic and math, and an English test (position was for an Italian speaking representative). -I was contacted the day after to schedule a phone call with another recruiter for a role play in which he pretended to be a customer and I had to help him with his issues. This is more about testing your communication skills, your manners and your attitude towards the customers. -I had a final skype interview with a team manager to discuss my experience, my motivations and my preparation.

It Was An Easy Interview Process And Simple Questions Were Asked. It was mostly Asking About How Would I Handle Certain Situations When It Comes To Difficult Members Or Members Who Were Just Involved In An Accident.
