A phone interview is done first and then you get invited to a 1:1 interview. The interview starts with the interviewer asking to learn about you. Then it leads to some technical questions that can be answered verbally. After this you get asked about you experience and any projects you have done, ending with a technical question and the interviewer explaining the role.
