I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fujitsu
Interview
2 online tests were followed by a video interview. The interview consisted of 6 questions, each gives you 30 seconds to prepare and 1 minute to record yourself. Waiting for a response on the interview(which is why I said that I received no offer), next step is the assessment centre

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fujitsu
Interview
A Fujitsu recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn with an opportunity for a senior business systems analyst position. The initial phone screen went well and he assured me that I'd be a great fit, even though my experience is in a different industry. I wasn't looking for a job, but the opportunity sounded intriguing, so I agreed to move forward with the interview process.
I never heard back after the second interview. Unfortunately, the Fujitsu recruiter did not have the professional courtesy to contact me and inform me that they were going in a different direction. Before the interviews, the recruiter was very responsive, having contacted me on at least five separate occasions. He understood my situation (currently employed) and asked me to let him know, at any point, if I changed my mind.
The recruiter did not practice what he preached. He told me that he'd contact me within a few days after my last interview, but I never heard back.
Let this be a warning to prospective employees who are head-hunted by a Fujitsu recruiter. It's not worth the time going through interviews when they don't have the decency to call you back or let you know they've gone a different direction.
