Fujitsu interview questions

I had a prescreen phone interview for a junior support analyst (new graduate) position and I was told that they required experienced people to fill that role, contradicting themselves whether they wanted an experience person or a new graduate. No where on the job listing did it say that they wanted people with prior industry experience.

First phone interview as a general intro, then a linguistic check and a last one regarding IT stuffs on a basic level: difference between switch and router, name data storage devices...
