The interview process started on a positive note, with an initial screening followed by a competency round. The interviewer was professional, and the overall interaction was meaningful and relevant to the role.
However, the post-interview experience could have been better. Despite following up via email and phone, I did not receive any update regarding the status of my application for more than 2 weeks now. Clear communication at this stage would have improved the overall candidate experience.
HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
