Gartner Client Success Manager interview questions

Originally reached out to by a recruiter; after answering some basic questions about myself and my qualifications I was then directed to a a phone interview with a recruiter with Gartner a week later. Phone interview lasted around half an hour and was told I would receive follow up instructions 2 days later on next steps. Nobody contacted me on said day and I ended up waiting almost a week later before the recruiter who originally reached out to me let me know the company decided to go in a different direction. In all, I spent 2 weeks of my time only to not get past the first phone interview.
