First round- 1 hour of behavioral based questions over. the phone
Second round- 90 minute interview with senior director and manager. Felt more like a interrogation than a interview. Followed by roleplay.

Question 1
If you’re having success at your current company, why do you want to leave?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gartner (Irving, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
The interview process was 2 hours long. The 2 female directors were extremely rude. This was the worst interview I have ever had in my life. They asked for a value proposition, business plan, behavioral analysis questions, statistic math questions, modules, case studies and grilled me on the role of the role. When it was my turn to ask questions I was allowed two questions and then told that they didn't have much time to answer any other questions. They were very disrespectful. They could have also better prepared the candidate on the extensive interview process.

Question 1
They asked for a on the spot
1. Business Plan
2.Company Value Proposition
3. Statistic Math Questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Gartner (Horley, Surrey, South East England, England)
Interview
Very long process, very intense. VERY formal
Hiring manager was very rude and patronising.
The feedback was provided 10 days later by email, and was disappointing considering by that point I had gone through a 30 mins screening call, 1 hr competency based interview. Clearly I wasn’t what they were looking for.
Even if I was offered the role I would have rejected
Advice for Gartner - remember the candidate is also interviewing the employer!!!
